THANC Foundation Invitational Golf Tournament at Glen Oaks Country Club, Old Westbury, NY

Today, I was the photographer for the THANC Foundation (Thyroid, Head and Neck Cancer Foundation) 8th Invitational Golf Tournament at the Glen Oaks Country Club. The tournament was an event to raise funds their continued support in research and education in the early detection and treatment of thyroid and head and neck cancer, in advancing new therapies, and to alleviating the suffering and functional impairment of patients who undergo treatment.
It was a great event with patients sharing their touching live stories. With over 300 in attendance, through donations, sponsors, and auctions, THANC Foundation was able to raise over $550,000 dollars. What a feat. Enjoy!
