I am a little late in posting these engagement photos but better late than never! The engagement session began on one of those New York winter days where the thermometer outside read 20 degrees. However, if you were out walking around instead of nicely tucked in your home, it felt like 3 degrees. You’d definitely need to put your hands together and give it up for Morgan and Brian and their adorable dog, Joey. They were troopers and braved the freezing cold weather and wind. We shot the engagement photos around the American Museum of Natural History, one of my favorite places in the City. Below are some of my favorites.

Komal and Lowell’s engagement photos in the Flatiron District, Lincoln Center, Madison Square Park and the NYC MTA Subway.

Today I got a chance to spend some time with Komal and Lowell who will be getting married in a few months. Despite the chilly weather and the occasional sprinkles, the day was absolutely fantastic. I really had a blast photographing Komal and Lowell. Komal, an actress, was perfect and a natural in front of my camera. A true professional. Lowell… well…. needed a bit of direction at first but loosened up pretty quickly. An “A” in my book. Our engagement session actually went by really fast but we were able to hit several locations including the Flatiron Building, Madison Square Park, Eataly New York City, the NYC Subways, and Lincoln Center.
