Today I experienced something I have only dreamt about before. I was engulfed in a world of colorful fabrics, designs, and sketches. Everything felt surreal as I met the creative design team at Natori and their model. Going to a fashion shoot was something I’ve always wanted to do and to experience first hand. Seeing it behind the scene was even better.

The day consisted of quick outfit changes for the model with different looks and poses to show off Natori’s unique designs for the upcoming 2014 Spring Look, followed by my uploading and tweaking around 2000 images slightly to give it the ‘Josh Wong Photography’ look and feel. I learned how photography is conducted behind the scenes of a fashion shoot and how important the interaction is between the photographer and the model. Our model “Katie” was amazing and watching Josh and Katie work together is where all the magic happened. The two fed off each others positive energy and became an amazing team.  With that, the new vision for the Natori 2014 Spring Line Fashion Look book came to life.

I absolutely loved my experience working with a model and a large fashion company, and I hope to shoot for them again soon! Below are a few of our favorites.
