Today, I met up with Nicole and Peter for their engagement photos. They wanted to show off the city that they live in for all the guests attending their wedding. Their wedding will be in Shanghai, China later on this year. With so many well known and awesome locations in New York City, it’s definitely not an easy choice to make. Their final selection was Central Park and the Brooklyn Bridge. A great choice and a wonderful couple. Below are just a few of my favorites shots of the session. Enjoy!

Engagement Photos in Downtown New York and the New York Stock Exchange
April 10, 2010

Today I met up with Lana and Tim for their New York City engagement photos. They were both dressed up in long dramatic black coats which made the session have an almost Matrix feel. Tim and Lana added the sunglasses and we created the sequel. We started off at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), wandered around the Financial District for a bit and made it to City Hall. From there we attempted to take the subway to Brooklyn but weekend subway schedules were all messed up. Finally after a long unsuccessful wait, we ended up taking a cab across. Once we got over there, we took some photos on the historic Brooklyn Bridge and finished up our photo session in DUMBO. All in all, the day was absolutely gorgeous. The temperature stayed in the mid 70s and Lana and Tim were a blast to hang out with! I can’t wait to photograph their wedding this coming August! Below are some of my favorite photos of the day. I recently spent the day roaming around NYC doing engagement shots with a very fun couple, Farrah and Francisco. Farrah is a striking brunette with soft, sparkling brown eyes while Francisco is strapping NYC fireman. We met up in Central Park and made our way down to the Brooklyn Bridge. The sun was shining that day and the weather was just perfect. Their wedding will be on June 28, 2009 and I cannot wait! I will be incorporating fusion photography for their wedding so it will be very exciting! Below are the engagement pictures from Central Park and the Brooklyn Bridge. Enjoy!
